Becoming Again Program

Becoming Again ProgramGroup Coaching for People Who Are Done Letting Life Just Happen

A 7-month journey to lead your life with strength, emotional intelligence, and conscious decisions, in a small group of people ready for real change.

Who Becoming Again Program is for

This program is built for people who feel, deep down: “I’m done with what I’ve been through. Now I need change.”

It is especially right for:

  • Entrepreneurs and business owners who want to balance business with a more grounded, meaningful personal life.
  • Executives and leaders who carry a lot of responsibility and want to lead themselves as strongly as they lead others.
  • People who have been in pain, emotionally, relationally, or professionally, and are ready to move out of it instead of staying stuck.
  • Anyone who feels disconnected from themselves and keeps thinking: “I don’t know myself, I don’t know my purpose, I don’t understand my emotions.”

Who it’s not for

This Program is Not a fit if:

  • You want quick tips without doing the inner work or showing up consistently.
  • You’re looking for pure business strategy without personal development and emotional honesty.
  • You’re not willing to reflect, share, and be challenged in a respectful way.
  • You prefer to stay in familiar patterns even if they are hurting you.

Becoming Again Program is a space for people who are serious about growth, not just interested in it.

If you’re ready to look honestly at your decisions and patterns, and you want support, structure, and community as you change, Becoming Again Program is for you.

Curriculum breakdown

Over the course of the program, you move through a structured journey that connects self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, and leadership, all in real life, not just theory.

Becoming Again Program follows a structured growth journey built around the areas that shape how you live, lead, connect, and make decisions.

Together, we explore self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, communication, responsibility, values, purpose, and personal leadership.

The exact process is intentionally experienced inside the program, not simply explained on a page because real transformation comes through reflection, practice, honest conversation, and consistent support.

You will leave with greater clarity about who you are, what is shaping your choices, and how to move forward with more intention.

How the program works

Becoming Again Program is designed to give you enough structure to create change, and enough support to stay with it.

Live sessions (hybrid)

  • 13 group coaching sessions (live, 2 hours, biweekly).
  • 2 one-on-one sessions with Zak for deeper, personal work.

Community & support

  • A dedicated WhatsApp group for ongoing connection, reflection, and support.
  • A small group of 8–10 participants to keep the space intimate, safe, and honest.
  • Additional one-on-one support when needed, depending on your situation.

Tools & resources

  • 9 assessments to help you see your patterns and measure your growth.
  • A participant book/manual to guide you through the program and keep your insights organized.

All sessions are live, not pre-recorded. The focus is on real conversation, real examples, and real change, not just content consumption.

Investment & Enrollment

A lifetime investment, not a short course

This program is positioned as a lifetime investment in your growth, not just a short course. The structure is built to create long-term change, not temporary motivation.

How enrollment works

Before you join, we schedule a discovery call to make sure Becoming Again Program is the right fit for you and for the group.

On this call, we:

  • Explore where you are right now and what you want to change.
  • Clarify whether the program’s structure and intensity match your needs.
  • Answer any questions you have about the curriculum, schedule, or investment.

If both sides feel it’s a good fit, you reserve your spot and join the next cohort.

Voices from people who became again

Real words from people who showed up for seven months, did the work in front of each other, and walked away leading their lives with more strength, clarity, and honesty.

In brief, I was totally lost, in a very high anger state almost every day. I used to look and think badly of myself. I wanted to change but did not know how. Then Gilbert, a friend of mine, told me about the unrepeatable creature we are talking about, Zak Dakkash. We also cannot forget Ramy and Michel. Since then,…

Rony Charbel Nakhle

Before this experience, I was focused on everything except what was within me. Without realizing it, I was constantly distracting myself from self-discovery. I felt something was wrong but did not yet have the words or awareness to understand it. I only knew I wanted to find the truth and change. During my first call…

Paul Anthony Nakhle

I had many childhood experiences that were indirectly shaping my relationships, especially my relationship with my mother. My relationships were not working as I wanted them to, and I needed to understand what was behind those patterns. Meeting Zak was eye-opening. I began to recognize how precious and important I am…

Edwine Zouein

I honestly do not know if I would still be here without Zak. I met him through my partner, Paul, and beginning this journey has been one of the most important experiences in my life. Before working with Zak, I felt I had no personal leadership. Through our work, I became someone who knows how to drive the car of life…

Pia Maria Obeid

At the beginning of the year, I promised myself I would seek greater clarity: to understand why I was stuck in certain patterns, unlock my inner potential, and know myself more deeply. A close friend shared an episode of ZakTalks with me, and that led me to begin this journey. Every encounter with Zak has moved me…

Christelle Aouad

When I first started working with Zak, I had many questions about life, personal experiences, and work. I had heard about him from my older brother for a long time and had already attended the Money Workshop before beginning one-on-one sessions. Through this journey, I learned the importance of boundaries at work and…

Alec Donerian

Before starting coaching sessions with Zak, I felt lost and carried many questions about my fears, direction, potential, and how to move forward. Although I had experienced coaching and therapy before, I found that Zak created a space where I felt safe enough to open up and explore things more deeply. His questions…
